Payment & fraud protection
We keep payment simple: bank transfer to the company account shown on the proforma invoice. No card details are collected on this website.
T/T bank transfer only
We do not take card payments, PayPal or online checkout. Payment is made to the company account stated on the proforma invoice.
Company account
The account name must match the seller company. We never use a personal account. If bank details change, we confirm by a signed document and a callback.
Deposit and balance
Standard orders: 30–50% deposit, balance before dispatch. Semi-custom: 70–80%; full custom: 100% or by written agreement.
5. Zahlung und Betrugswarnung
Die Zahlung erfolgt per Banktransfer (T/T) auf das in der Proforma-Rechnung angegebene Firmenkonto, sofern nicht schriftlich anders vereinbart. Wir bitten niemals um Zahlung auf ein privates Konto und ändern Bankverbindungen nicht per Chat ohne unterzeichnetes Dokument. Erhalten Sie abweichende Bankverbindungen, prüfen Sie diese vor der Zahlung per WhatsApp, Telegram oder E-Mail bei uns.
4. Bestellungen, Anzahlung und Restbetrag
Eine Bestellung ist bestätigt, wenn wir sie schriftlich annehmen und die Anzahlung erhalten haben. Standardkonditionen sind 30–50 % Anzahlung und der Restbetrag vor Versand. Die Lieferzeit wird pro Auftrag bestätigt und beginnt nach Eingang der Anzahlung und schriftlicher Bestätigung der Teilenummern. Änderungen oder Stornierungen nach Produktions- oder Kommissionierbeginn bedürfen unserer Zustimmung und können Kosten verursachen.
