Verify PARTMACH before you pay
This page is for buyers who need to verify who they are dealing with. We are an independent aftermarket parts supplier in Guangzhou, China — not an authorised dealer of any OEM. Check the facts below before sending a deposit.
Company identity
Ask for our Chinese business licence and proforma invoice. The seller must be the registered company, and the bank account name must match it.
Product evidence
Before you pay the balance, ask for a photo or short video of the actual unit, its nameplate and serial number. We send these before dispatch.
Part number / fitment
Send the machine model, serial and a photo of the plate. We check the OEM cross-reference and confirm the part number in writing before the order.
Payment safety
Pay only by T/T to the company account shown on the proforma invoice. We never ask for a personal account or a sudden change of bank details by chat.
Inspection / forwarder
You may appoint your own forwarder or a third-party inspector to check the goods before packing. We cooperate with the inspection and share packing photos.
